As you can already see by my potential mistake above, my powers of concentration are once again at the

height of my spider senses,,,,, so it might take a week or so for me to get fully back into the swing (yes, that pun was intended!)

Meanwhile the rest of us mere mortals faced battle in a game of 4BBB Par, which confused the hell out of most of us,,,

Actually a very simple game, and a great way back into trying to remember what to do after not swinging a club for ~8 weeks,,,,,
so it was the same as always

A bit of a unique one here as we had 2 people inside the distance, to claim the massive earnings.

Firstly Phil 'I've got a new swing' McKeague stroked it to within 3 feet,,,,,, only to turn around from the next tee to see Peter 'The Cat Whisperer' Baird knock it to 2 feet!!!!!

Just a few to work with today, but there are a couple of absolute doozies

Glen-- on losing a previously mentioned bet he became Fordy's caddy for the day, and boy did he come prepared as he was caught on the first tee lubing up a towel in order to clean Fordy's balls and clubs!

i can honestly say i have never seen such a thing on a golf course before hehehehehe

Then we had Shelley on the second, clearly thing ideas above her station as she tried to tee off from the men's tee. Gender bias????

Though as you can see by her and Derek's score they obviously thought that Phil and I were no match!

Ciaran & Gordon-- it would appear that the self proclaimed 'battle' of the decade nearly came to blows as Gordo tried to push Ciaran out of the moving cart.

Yes Ciaran you did indeed have a mountain to climb

Derek-- then there was poor old Derek who on the 17th was most distressed as where he wanted to tee off from was a large mound of duck poo,,,,,

"i really don't want to step in that!"

So what happened, after stroking an absolute beauty down the middle of the fairway, he stood back to admire the shot,,,,,, only to step in the poo!!!!
