Not many of us on the course today. What happened? Had some of you read the weather forecast? That's really not on, you know. Golf is a game played in all weathers, sun, rain or snow.
And yes, it did rain. Frequently. Even Gary's strategy of wearing his wet weather gear on the first tee failed to prevent most of us getting at least a little damp.
But, there was the winter cup to play for. And what a cup it is too - many thanks to Charmaine for staying up all night to give it a polish.
Thomas organised a Christmas in July revisited after the game, with ham and bread to warm us all up in the bar.
And for those of you who didn't see Steph's flamenco dancing, here's a taste of what you missed.
So, with no birthdays to celebrate, we got straight down to the results this week.
A big congratulations to Roger, who for some strange reason was called James all afternoon by Stephanie.
And thanks to Frances for her generous sponsorship this week.
But it was all about the aggregate score, and here are the podium finishers:
