THE AGM
Tony read the last AGM minutes which were approved by the assembly.
Below is the 2024 /2025 Committee approved and elected by the assembly
Tony Gooch re-elected President
Andrea Williams new Captain
James Axzon, new Vice Captain
Shelley Yeo. re elected Booking Officer
Peter Baird - re-elected Treasurer
Derek re-elected communication officer (supported by Peter & Birgit)
Glenn Kelly. new social event organiser
Karl Kusak new assistant social event organiser
New position in committee: General Affairs Coordinator Proposed by Goochy, seconded by Andrea ;in summary processing of paperwork for new members, recruitment, purchasing for the Club, (shirt, promotion material etc ), sponsorship and general support to the President and committee when requested (replacement etc..)
Nomination Gerry Tessier approved by the assembly
Some modification on Fixtures proposed by Greg Bennet, approved by assembly, the president will modify & resend to all members.
Local rules proposed by Gerry Tessier to Committee and assembly and approved.
2- FOOTPRINT IN BUNKER - ABNORMAL COURSE CONDITIONS - LOCAL RULES
It was suggested to the committee and assembly to consider as abnormal course condition when the ball sits in a footprint in the bunker and then to get free relief.
Relief of ball maximum of 2 cm, not closer to the hole, must be dropped as regular procedure and the ball cannot be cleaned during the process.
