PAR

Par on the Tuart, after a hasty reset by Wembley.

A bit warm, a bit windy, but generally pretty kind conditions, and a couple of outstanding scores.

Still waiting for Brett to line up that putt?

Peter managed to just make it in time, after falling asleep following an almost all nighter checking the club's financial statements.

We've clubbed together to buy him a new one of these.

And Bernie failed to make it at all. Apparently a case of a strained ankle, but we're not sure if it was chasing sheep across the paddock

Watch out, here comes Bernie..

or being chased herself across the paddock.
Watch out, here comes Matt..

More details please, Matt, but keep it decent.

Our new shirt was on display, and we took orders today. Let me know if you want one and weren't there. Size, and long or short sleeve.

Still waiting for my shirt

No-one managed to carry off the Golden Hole today, so that's another jackpot next time we play on the Tuart.

Yep, I won.

A beautiful picture, courtesy of Richard Yeo - the SOS group of almost seventeen years ago. See anyone you recognise?

Next week, it's the Australia Day Cup - a Stableford comp, and if Wembley is to be believed, it'll be on the Old Course.

Sometimes, winning a ball can make all the difference between a crap day and a great day

And a prize for the player who manages to interpret the theme of Australia Day most successfully. Let's all give it a go.
