This may or may not be the ugliest trophy that we play for, but a surprising number of people turned up, all keen to put it on their mantlepiece.
Or perhaps it was the lure of a sausage sizzle at the end of a perfect round that got everyone out of the woodwork.
The Stangers even brought another Stanger for the Snaggers.
Yes, there was a birthday, or at least there will be. Lynne - apparently on June 6th, D-Day. Read into that what you will.
More on the birthday girl later.
Steph gave us some interesting challenges for the novelties. Was it a nearest to the pin in two on the second as long as you weren't on the green, or the longest drive in two? Or maybe two balls for the longest putt from off the green?
Never mind, I think we worked it out.

Welcome back to Tony Lee, and a big thank you for your kind sponsorship.
And next week...it's Match Play again. Two more points this time, and you're in with a chance of making the quarter finals.
A good four points has got through in the past.
And what a sausage sizzle it was too - plenty of booze, plenty of snags, and didn't we enjoy the crepes - a big thank you to Thomas and Tui, and to Fran, Steph and Brenda for your generous contributions. (And so sorry if I missed someone - thanks to you too).
So, who won the WA Cup?

Of course, the birthday girl...
And when the game's over, it's down to Perry Lakes for the sausage sizzle.
