Derek & Paul-- for being so stupida as to argue with our respective spouses without realising that whatever happens,,,,,, it's all our fault!!!!

Derek & Paul-- for suggesting to play a couple of holes in The Emperors New Clothes

Stan, Ciaran, Bernie-- for being a little bit sick in the head/ankle/stomach and it affecting their ball striking.

And so the last Saturday of Summer certainly didn't fail to come to the party as it produced a sweltering 40+ day,,,,, for some this was too much and many decided their time would be better spent on the beach/by the pool/in the aircon/ or anywhere other than the golf course.





For those that did play the majority took the easier option and hired a cart (Wembley actually sold out of them heheheeeee), whilst only the foolish decided to walk (El Pres, The Scarlet Pimpernel & Tomothy)


And some, The Coach, simply brought his own,,,, tho it did look at times that it should have some balancing-training wheels as it precariously traversed the course.

If anybody feels the need to buy him some bumper stickers to help decorate the vehicle please do,,,,,,,, 

though it'll have to wait as The Coach is heading to his annual jaunt to Vietnam with his lovely bride and babs.

Personally i reckon we should give it a name as well????
