Tuart Course, Wembley Golf Complex, 22 February 2014.

I'd rather not comment on my golf today, however Greg and I had really good time sledging the Yeo/Campbell Team. In the end it worked, otherwise Greg and I risked the lollies of the day.

In fact it worked so well that by the 12th hole even Rich and Ross were sledging each other. Great entertainment guys!

I also want to thank Gary for giving a nice FootJoy golf shirt.

The Sausages and Sizzles are my all time favourite. Luckily I had my wife picking me up to go back home, I was certainly not fit for driving.

Not that my driving - as sober - at Wembley was any better.

Summer Cup - Round 2 today, on the Old.
Good weather, nice temperature, only moderate wind.

The first four players after round 1 played in the same group. This meant that Ross, Paul, Brett and I were playing together. Paul had a very good start, with 3 over par in the front 9, but it was definitely Brett's day today. I tried to play my game but it was not enough, so I had to force the last couple of hole and did not work.

PS: It had never been Ross' day, he didn't even try :))))

Summer Cup - Round 1 today, on the Tuart.
Comfortable warm temperature, a quite windy though.
In other words, an almost perfect day, ... however I do have 2 complaints:
1. this is an old one: the balls on the flag pins were too many times in the wrong position, this cost me at least 1 stroke. E.g. #3, #8.
2. on the #16, just beside the hole cup, there was a nasty divot..that cost me another stroke, as the ball was nicely rolling towards the cup, but instead it dropped in the OTHER hole.
